In societies where modern
conditions of production prevail, all of life presents itself
as an immense accumulation of presence. «There is nothing to say, there is only to be,
only to live », said Piero Manzoni, and he was right on one
matter: «there is nothing to say». There is only to
stay away, to BE ABSENT. There is nothing else: nothing but highlight
our being outsider to point out our gap. |
Tutta la vita delle società in cui
regnano le moderne condizioni di produzione si presenta come un'immensa
accumulazione di presenze. «Non c'è niente da dire,
non c'è che essere, non c'è che vivere», sosteneva
Piero Manzoni, e aveva ragione su di un punto: «Non c'è più niente
da dire». Non c'è che ESSERE ASSENTI. Non resta altro:
evidenziare la propria estraneità per rilevare la propria
